Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. 

We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage using discretion at the time of purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of your (original) delivered order to discuss an exchange. 

We are not responsible and will not provide a refund if you did not communicate prior to purchasing or at the time of purchase that you needed/wanted your item by a specific day/date and have not received the item. 

We are also not responsible if your item arrives AFTER the day/date of your event if the ORDER was processed and shipped within our 7-10 business day window.  

For an exchange, the item must be unworn and in the condition you received it. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item (shipping back to us).

Custom orders also cannot be refunded or exchanged. If for some reason the custom order is incorrect and is a mistake on our behalf, please contact to discuss a solution.
